Artist Statement
The subconscious crossing of lines is a faith in action. It is a belief, as the English philosopher Alan Watts put it, `an unreserved opening of the mind to the truth’. Without any cognitive interference on the lines is the best way to keep the doorway open to the flow of hidden messages and revelations.
While Taoism emphasizes doing what is natural and “going with the flow”. it is the belief of a cosmic force which flows through all things, binds and releases them. Mine is an Art form that follows this flow and found compositions hidden in between the lines.
